Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most important topics about our local community and using the platform.

How can I sign up for a local cultural association?

Registration is done directly via the profile page of the respective association on our platform. There you will find a "Become a member" button. After filling out a short form, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you have any questions, the association contact will help you.

Which regional events are listed here?

All public or semi-public events from the region can be listed – from village festivals and markets to lectures, flea markets, and neighborhood meetings. The entries are maintained by the organizers themselves or by our local editors.

Can I publish a post or announcement myself?

Yes, after a one-time registration, you can submit your own posts, dates, or project presentations. Your post will be reviewed by one of our editors before publication to ensure it complies with the community guidelines. This usually takes no longer than one business day.

How do I find regional offers from local retailers?

Use the search function and filter by the category "Markets & Shops" or "Services". You will then see a map and a list of all active retailers in your area. Many also offer pickup or delivery options – the details are directly in the entry.

What does it cost to use the platform?

Usage is completely free for all private individuals and associations. For commercial retailers or service providers, there is an optional premium profile with extended features. The exact terms can be found on the business customer page.

Who can I contact for technical problems?

For technical difficulties, our support team is available by email at info@kathriguppe.com. We usually respond within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can find a step-by-step guide to the most common questions in the help section.
